The final instalment of our Horizon 2017 series is here and we’ve got three fantastic artists to wrap this year up. As with all our previous picks, our final trio will be playing live at the Kings Head Members Club in Dalston East London and tickets can be purchased here.

George Ogilvie tells moving stories of love and longing, delivered with guts over beautiful folk tinged guitars. The track he performed for his Mahogany sessions ‘Set Me Alight’ made a real impression on us, and his autumn 2016 release ‘October’ has kept up that musical momentum standing him in great stead for the coming year.

Colouring have an incredible energy when they perform. With pop gems tracks like ‘Symmetry’, ‘Everything Has Grown’ and ‘In Motion’, they have established themselves as purveyors of the finest glistening music. Colouring have an immediate undeniable charm to their intricate melodies; melodies that lent themselves effortlessly to their Mahogany session last year.

Scott Quinn produces polished, crafted pop music with just a hint of melancholy to it. Although his voice is soulful and his tracks tinged with ethereal, electronic notes, its his lyrics that stay with you long after you finish listening. His most recent release ‘Delicate doesn’t shy away from the big themes, exploring how fleeting life can be. Scott Quinn is one to watch.

Horizon 2017 Part Four takes place at the Kings Head Members Club in Dalston East London on the 9th February – tickets are available via Dice.
