Swedish siren, Skott, returned at the end of last week to unveil her brand new EP, Stay Off My Mind. Made up four tracks, it’s an impressive effort that introduces us to a side of her that we’ve not seen before, with each track worthy of praise. However, it’s the wonderfully catchy title track that we’re really enjoying at Mahogany HQ today.

Whilst her previous releases could be accurately described as haunting, Stay Off My Mind takes Skott in a much more upbeat, playful direction. This probably has something to do with the brilliant sample from the classic Peter, Bjorn and John track Young Folks that Stay Off My Mind is built around, as well as Skott’s delicate, airy vocals. Whatever it is, we can’t get enough of it so take a listen below and prepare to be impressed by the pop prowess of this hugely talented newcomer.
